Support Policy

Our support team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 8 pm IST. While we strive to respond within 24 hours, response times may vary depending on ticket volume. All inquiries are addressed in the order received, and sending multiple emails will reset your place in the queue.

Each Shopify theme purchase grants a license for use in one store only. We offer free support for non-legacy theme versions listed on our support page. However, support does not extend to modifying the original source code, nor can we provide detailed instructions for specific code changes.

Customers who purchase themes directly from the Shopify theme store or from us directly may update their theme to newer versions at any time. However, theme support and updates are not available for themes purchased from other sources.

We reserve the right to decline support at our discretion. Any abusive behavior towards our support team members will result in immediate and permanent denial of further services.

Theme support includes:

  • Resolving bugs or issues within unaltered theme installations.
  • Providing guidance on theme features and settings.
  • Assisting with setting up included theme features.
  • Offering updated theme versions for future installations at no extra cost.

Theme support does not cover:

  • Design or code modifications, or free theme updates.
  • Troubleshooting Shopify admin-related issues (please consult Shopify support).
  • Debugging broken code or functionality resulting from theme modifications or app installations.
  • Instructions for code changes.
  • Transferring code changes between themes or versions.
  • Third-party plugin or app installation or removal.
  • Unlimited support questions. While uncommon, excessive support usage may lead to limitations.
  • Optional updates, which may include design changes for improved performance, functionality, and stability. Our team cannot assist in reverting new designs to match old ones free of charge. Paid services or quotes are available upon request.
